Is the FoodPunchh app free? Are there any other fees?
Ordering takeout and delivery on FoodPunchh is free for customers.
Yes, you do need to sign up to order food. We need this for order verification and to prevent fraudulent orders.
In the app, select the restaurant that you wish to opt out of. Go to the 'Spot-Info' screen and click on the heart icon to add it from your favorites. Adding it will add the restaurant to Favorites.
In the app, select the restaurant that you wish to opt out of. Go to the 'Spot-Info' screen and click on the heart icon to remove it from your favorites. This will opt-out from that restaurant's loyalty program.
Points can be earned by ordering food, making referrals, providing reviews, etc.
Points can be redeemed for rewards online or using your mobile app. On your app, open the restaurant's reward screen and swipe to redeem available rewards. Only rewards that have reached the point goal will be available to redeem.
Changes are possible on your order as long as the restaurant hasn't started already started working on your order (which is in less than 5 min of placing your order). So if you need to make a change, contact us ASAP!
If there were adjustments or changes on your order then it will show up as a separate transaction with the correct amount and the earlier (incorrect) charges will be voided and refunded to your account within five business days.
We run payments via PayPal which is very secure in terms of sending and receiving sensitive information (like credit card information and personally identifiable info). On our end we don't store your credit card information for security reasons.
